Early Bird Biscuit Company came along at just the right time when the biscuit craze hit RVA. Inspired by his grandmother’s recipes, the owner saw an opportunity to utilize his knowledge and passion for a unique restaurant. He admits that there is a special ingredient that makes it so delicious: a gentle touch of “lots of butter”. All breakfast sandwiches are on a buttermilk biscuit, with each having its own glory of unique ingredients (both sweet and savory).
