The Poe Museum, which is located in downtown Richmond, promotes all things Edgar Allan Poe. From his famous writings to his clothes to personal letters, and so on, they got much to witness. They even have a lock of his hair, which is creepily appropriate. After a tour of the indoor museum, take a stroll through the gorgeous gardens, which often hosts events, lectures, poetry readings and live music.
