This distillery is tucked away in mysterious woodland atop a hill in Maidens Loop overlooking the James River in the Powhatan/Goochland region. Hilltop Distillery is owned and run by a mother, father and son, all from various employment backgrounds. Together, the family built the distillery from the ground up. It’s a hand-crafted building for hand-crafted spirits.
